The choice depends on your skin type, skin condition and desired results. It is important to understand whether your skin is dry, oily, combination or sensitive. You can always ask us if a product is right for you.
Active ingredients (e.g. retinol, vitamin C, niacinamide, AHA/BHA) are ingredients that target specific skin concerns — pigmentation, texture, dryness, acne, etc.
Usually 1-3 times a week, depending on your skin's sensitivity. However, if you are starting to use a product that you have not used before, it is better to use it 1-2 times a week. Be sure to pay attention to which products you can use/mix with and which you cannot!
Usually 2-6 weeks, depending on the condition of my skin and the products used. Some processes (e.g. pigmentation reduction) take longer.
General rule: Cleanse → Toner → Serums/Actives → Cream → SPF (in the morning). This order can be adjusted depending on the complexity of your routine.
If redness, burning, severe dryness or rash appear, the product may not be suitable. For sensitive skin, it is recommended to do a patch test, as well as try applying it on a small area first, but this applies most to products that contain active ingredients.
